Welcome to 1wni. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 1wni ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1wni website located at https://1wni.cam and all associated services, features and content.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet or using any feature of 1wni, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1wni is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users across Pakistan, including cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform presents sports betting, live casino and slot content with PKR display, transparent bonus terms and responsible gambling tools.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on 1wni, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own true and accurate personal information — not under a false identity or on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on 1wni. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, statute or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit your use of gambling services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or associate of 1wni, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

1wni reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access betting, casino and other wagering features on 1wni, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, password, email address, date of birth and country of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 1wni support immediately via the live chat or help centre. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

• All registration information must be truthful and kept up to date. Users must notify 1wni of any changes to contact details, residential address or other account information without undue delay.
• 1wni reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, virtual phone numbers or anonymising proxies may be refused or suspended.

1wni is required to verify the identity of users before processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official document issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the payment method used to fund your account, sufficient to confirm ownership.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, evidence of the origin of funds deposited may be requested to meet AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. 1wni may place temporary restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or betting activity while verification is pending. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

Deposits to your 1wni account are processed through the payment methods made available in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the cashier at the point of deposit.

All account balances and transaction values are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 1wni is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your payment provider.

• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• 1wni does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where available) are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate conditions at the time of crediting.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your account has passed KYC verification and all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• 1wni reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly where the transaction value is significant or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts not registered in the user's own name will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may be subject to processing delays. 1wni will endeavour to process all verified requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier.
• Where a user has received a bonus, any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings prior to satisfying the relevant wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

1wni may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of opt-in and must be read in full before accepting any offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per event applies. Stakes exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window, typically expressed in days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings expire at the end of this window.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a maximum cash-out cap, limiting the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn regardless of the actual winnings accumulated.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while one is already active may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited.

1wni reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging or multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed on 1wni are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the platform's right to correct manifest errors in pricing.
• 1wni reserves the right to void bets, in whole or in part, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of a market is in question or where an event is abandoned or materially altered prior to settlement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension window will not be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market and user account tier.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following the settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timeframes depend on the sport, event and market type.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the user must raise the issue with 1wni support within 30 days of the relevant event's completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

1wni covers a wide range of sports popular among Pakistani users, including Pakistan national cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football, UFC and other martial arts events. Market availability varies by event and is subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wni platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or misrepresenting any material fact during registration or KYC.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 1wni account, whether directly or through associates, family members or third parties.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies (including bonus hunting, matched betting or arbitrage) designed to circumvent bonus terms and extract guaranteed profit.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other users, casino agents or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, access account features or exploit platform mechanics.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your 1wni account.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.

1wni is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform offers a range of tools designed to help users manage their gambling activity, accessible directly from the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap their maximum net loss over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration. An alert is displayed when the limit is approached, and the session is terminated if the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and marketing communications are suppressed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be configured to remind users of the time spent on the platform during a session.

Access to 1wni is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The platform implements age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

1wni reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• A user's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made through a self-exclusion election.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, subject to investigation and applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has been identified, any verified balance will be returned to the user via the payment method on record, subject to completed KYC.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the 1wni platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 1wni or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 1wni.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any automated data extraction tools, scrapers or crawlers to collect content from the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wni, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, data loss or unauthorised account access.

1wni does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, server issues and third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features. 1wni will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such downtime.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 1wni's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds deposited to your account as a result of betting and casino activity, and that 1wni is not responsible for any such losses. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made using your account.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by 1wni is governed by the platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and subsequent platform use — including name, date of birth, contact details, transaction history and account activity — is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and, where consent has been provided, marketing communications.

1wni reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, users will be notified via a notice displayed on the platform or via the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Where significant changes have been introduced, a summary of key amendments will be included in the notification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1wni is licensed and operates, as stated in the operator's license documentation.

Users accessing 1wni from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their use of the platform and that compliance with all applicable local laws is their sole responsibility. 1wni makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in every jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the user and 1wni through the support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or to the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations under local law.
